The red folder also comes home on Friday.  It will have their work from the week.  Please review all of their papers and go over the things they have missed.  The red folder will also have the weekly communication sheet.  Please sign and return the communication sheet in the red folder on Monday.

Discipline Plan

Every child has a pocket with four cards in it (green, blue, yellow, and red).  If the child breaks a rule he/she has to take the green card off.    If they break another rule they take the blue card off, and so on.  If he/she stays on the green card all day they get a treat at the end of the day.  If they are on blue he/she will have five minutes off their play time.  If he/she .is on yellow they will owe 10 minutes.  If their card gets flipped to red they will owe 10 minutes and I will contact you to let you know of the problem.

I also have an "I Spy Jar".  If he/she gets caught doing something good I will "Spy" them and they get to get a gummy bear out of the "I

Spy jar.  If they have had to flip their card during the day they will get to put a card back in.

Pledges

We begin our day by saying the Pledge of Allegiance to: The American Flag, The Christian Flag and to the Bible

Pledge to the American Flag

I pledge allegiance to the flag of the United States of America,

And to the republic to which it stands,

One natuion, under God, indivisible with liberty and justice for all.

Pledge to the Christian Flag

I pledge allegiance to the Christian Flag,

And to the Savior for whose kingdom it stands.

One Savior, crucified, risen and coming again,

With life and salvation to all who believe.

Pledge to the Bible

I pledge allegiance to the Bible,

God's Holy Word.

I will make it a lamp unto my feet

And a light unto my path.

I will hide God's Word in my heart

That I might not sin against God.
