Senora Hamilton - Lower School Spanish
Where can you Hokey Pokey, sample Medianoches (Cuban sandwiches), and stop to smell the flowers? The answer is Spanish class. Mrs. Hamilton has worked diligently during her five years at Providence to create a multisensory elementary Spanish program where students experience language through a variety of instructional techniques. With a B.A in Spanish and an M.A.Ed. in Curriculum, she is dedicated to making second language acquisition innovative and current with the best educational practices. God has blessed Mrs. Hamilton with a wonderful family. She has two children, Katy and Chase, in Providence Lower School. She considers Providence to be a truly unique school where God’s love is revealed each and every day. Her testimony of faith is best stated in Philippians 4:11-13. “I have learned to be content whatever the circumstances. I know what it is to be in need, and I know what it is to have plenty. I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want.
